The disk batteries are tighten in plant conditions up to torque of 4339 Nm, what is impossible for many manufacturers. Steel spacers between disks stand hitting loads and prevent disks from slipping. And the Versatile bearing units are considered as the best in the industry; that’s why you will not face any problems in the field, i.e. the whole processing will be completed at term. The load on 1 disk blade allows easily penetrate the soil in any conditions. The disks are of “chamomile” shape and smooth. The blade thickness 9 mm to provide long-term and wear-free service.

The floating hitch is designed for smooth and even field processing, as well as for protection of bearings and disks from loads when hitting the rocks.

The self-positioning bearings on T2-215 disk batteries are designed for the most adverse conditions and stand the bearing radial loads up to 10.5 tons at 33 rpm.

The disk section shaft having diameter of 50mm provide maximum service for disk batteries. You will not have to torque the shaft nuts, because they are preliminary tighten at the plant up to 5153 Nm.

The C-shaped Stone-Flex disk battery attachment brackets protect the battery disks and bearings from premature wear and destruction, and reduce shocking loads when hitting rock or other obstacles.

Wear-resistant disk scrapers remove effectively the mud and stubble remains adhered on the disks, thus minimizing the disk cleaning time. Protective plates of bearings prevent getting the rocks, stubble and mud inside them, thus extending their service life.

Reliable and faultless hydraulic lifting system rapidly brings the harrow into operating or transporting position.

Very simple processing depth adjustment is performed by means of depth control segments on the main cylinder, thus reducing the adjustment time before each processing.

Rocking shaft on main frame with diameter of 14cm provides additional durability to the frame, and is responsible for its lifting and lowering.

Doubled wheels provide maximum practicability in wet conditions.
